Return Policy
You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return, whether it's due to personal preference or incorrect sizing.
In case of missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If you notify us after this period, we regretfully won't be able to process your request. For defective or damaged merchandise, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.
Eligibility:
Items deemed unsellable, with dog hair, wear, alterations, missing tags, torn packaging, damage from you or your pet, odor, or stains will not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns will be declined. Make sure to include the authorization # on the box when sending the item(s) back.
Your Responsibility:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We're not liable for damaged or lost packages in transit. Opt for a courier with tracking for added security. Items must be received within 15 days of obtaining your return authorization.
Carefully review item descriptions, sizes, and colors before ordering. Any errors leading to mismatched quality or delivery address are not eligible for return.
Note that product photo colors might slightly differ due to lighting and monitor settings. You'll receive the exact item(s) you selected during purchase.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or altered once placed. Reach out to us for assistance before confirming your order.
For accurate sizing, refer to the product's sizing chart or contact us. Brands vary in sizes, and this step can prevent returns.
Notification:
Allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.
Returns are eligible for store credit only. The credit will exclude shipping, coupons, or discounts. An email notification will provide your Store Credit code. Apply this code during checkout. We regret that Customer Support can't manually add store credit or refund issued store credits.
In some cases, a restocking fee of 20% may apply, and we'll inform you in advance.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items such as seasonal or holiday items, costumes, super sale or clearance items, personalized items, special/customer order items, and others mentioned in their description are non-returnable. Additionally, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bedding, treats, carriers, stairs, feeders, toys, potty training products, and more.
